Responsibility towards society
We think that environmental protection is an important aspect of our company. We believe it is our responsibility to decrease our environmental effect year after year. So, we have decided, by 2025, 25% of our goods will be plastic-free wipes and our packaging will be recyclable. Already we are working towards producing biodegradable wipes which are eco-friendly. Furthermore, we have received ISO 14001 accreditation in 2021, which establishes a benchmark for environmental performance via more effective resource usage and waste reduction.
Recycle
Our packaging approach incorporates the three R’s – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. We want to achieve our ambitious objective of reducing the amount of virgin plastic by half by 2030 by light-weighting, increasing recycled content, pushing conversion to more focused product forms, and, when appropriate, employing alternative materials. We anticipate that this will save over 300,000 tonnes of virgin plastic. We also intend to attain 100% recyclable or reusable packaging by 2030. Making our products with a second life in mind, always inventing with recycled plastic and developing with refillable and reusable packaging will all assist to decrease our environmental impact.
